Italy,  a country like no other. Rich history, Distinguished culture, Stunning scenery, Magnificent architecture, Outstanding cuisine, and the most beautiful people on earth (and I’m not just saying that because I am Italian!).

This “Bel Paese” literally meaning “Beautiful Country” takes a hold of anyone who ever sets foot on this magnificent land. From tiny medieval hilltop villages to thriving cosmopolitan cities, Italy truly does have it all. Many visitors fall under the spell of Italy and never leave.

Unfortunately, others are never able to experience this wonderful country. Sometimes it is a lack of money or time. Others will travel to Italy with a packed itinerary to simply shuffle between tourist destinations, not even absorbing what they have seen. A week or two just isn’t enough time.

So if a week or two isn’t enough time, how does one truly experience this wonderful country and all it has to offer? The answer is simple. You rent your home, sell your belongings and get on a plane! So this is exactly what I did. This blog is a collection of exciting stories, pictures and videos all about my journey in Italy. I will be experiencing ” La Dolce Vita” firsthand. I invite you to come along on this journey of a lifetime, and if anyone asks just tell them you’re “Off To Italy!”.
